The following is strictly prohibited on Roost:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual context

• Attempts to contact or harm minors through the platform

• Sharing or distributing any material depicting child exploitation

• Sexual solicitation of minors

Any user found violating these policies will be immediately banned and reported to appropriate authorities.

We provide in-app reporting features for users to report concerning content or behavior:

• Users can report content or other users directly through the app

• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team

• We take swift action on confirmed violations

• User guidelines enforced during account signup

• Clear content policies communicated to all users

• Automated filters and moderation tools

• Restricted features for accounts showing suspicious behavior

We regularly review and update our safety measures to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Roost complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding minors

• applicable state and federal laws regarding child exploitation
